"The actor is the beginning and the end of theatre" Jozef Houben

For Told by an Idiot, the actor is at the centre of our process. This workshop offers a chance to spend 2 days with our Artistic Director, Paul Hunter, exploring the role of the performer.

This vibrant, engaging and practical workshop reveals what lies at the heart of Idiot performance. Drawing on comic physicality, impulse, instinct, verbal improvisation and the notion of play, participants leave with an Idiot tool kit of provocations.
