Opportunities

You’ll find opportunities to start or continue your journey with us as an Idiot across the website, but current opportunities will also be posted here.

We continually review how we play our part in providing opportunities for people who are currently underrepresented in the cultural sector; as audience members, participants and as theatre makers. We are committed to widening access to working in the arts and we understand and value the positive impact that difference has on our company. We therefore actively encourage applications and expressions of interest from people from the widest range of backgrounds and particularly those who are underrepresented in the cultural sector. This includes: those who identify as D/deaf and/or disabled; those from low socio-economic backgrounds; people of South Asian heritage, East Asian heritage, West Asian heritage, Central Asian heritage, South East Asian heritage, East Asian and South East Asian heritage, people of Middle East and North African heritage and people of African or Caribbean heritage*

*#BAMEOver – A Statement for the UK (Sept 2020)

Please also see our Told by an Idiot BLM statement for further information on our commitment to playing our part in challenging underrepresentation in the cultural sector.
