Holly is an interactive performer, theatre maker and workshop facilitator who first started working with Told by an Idiot on Get Happy 21 as a practitioner and project coordinator, working with Hubbub Theatre, Open Theatre, Theatre Royal Plymouth and The New Wolsey Theatre. In addition to leading workshops, she has worked with the company's R&D for different production including The Killing of Sister George and On The Verge Of Exploding

Alongside her work with Told by an Idiot, Holly also works for companies and theatres such as Polka Children's Theatre, Tramshed, Omnibus and Thumbs Down as a Facilitator and Performer. She previously worked as a specialist arts tutor for LifeWithArt a community-focused charity, coordinating projects with groups such as Parkinson’s UK and Diabetes, UK

She is also co-founder of Squelch a multi-sensory children's theatre company creating shows for early-language learners and children with speech-language and communication needs. 

Holly trained at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance as well as Institute Del Teatro, Barcelona where she developed a career as a solo artist and theatre-maker.  She has created a number of interactive comedies and theatre productions that have toured venues and festivals around the UK and Europe, including current production Sex-Ed Revisited ★★★★★ VAULT Festival, Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals. All of Holly's work celebrates vulnerability and creativity.
