Rebekka Dickinson

Rebekka is a Global HR Director, supporting US-based companies in the Life Sciences sector to expand their operations into Europe and the rest of the world. Having studied Business Administration with a focus on health care and the non-for-profit sector has ultimately led to her career path within Human Resources, specialising in international growth and compliance.

As a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in the UK, Rebekka is passionate about sharing best practice and mentoring more junior members coming into the people profession.  

Born and raised in Germany, Rebekka relocated to the UK in 2016 and is now based in Birmingham. The vibrant arts and culture scene in the Midlands has made her transition of moving countries a very exciting experience beyond her professional life. A keen supporter, and amateur-contributor, to the arts, she is a member of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra's Chorus and enjoys being involved in big symphonic projects, sharing the stage with professional musicians both in the UK and internationally. 

Outside of the HR world and music, Rebekka enjoys the theatre and ballet, yoga, swimming and the occasional trek in the countryside on horseback.
