Inspired by Told by an Idiot's acclaimed show Charlie and Stan - 'seldom less than magical' (The Guardian) this workshop, is for KS3, 4 and 5.  Participants will be introduced to the 'Idiot' way of making theatre, with a focus on the non-verbal, to reveal the comic and the poetic that can be found in silent theatre.

Using a range of engaging, practical exercises that give participants a taste of our unique approach to making theatre. This workshop will help students to develop their own creative devised ideas using different stimuli and performance techniques such as music, physical theatre and comedy. It will support their experience of creatively collaborating with others and develop skills in refining and editing their work.

The workshop is inspired by the AQA and OCR GCSE syllabus specifications. A great introduction to the devising process for any students interested in Drama GCSE or A-Level.
